What is the best time to arrange for my ultrasound session?
We suggest between 24 and 33 weeks. Within that time the most ideal is 28-33 weeks.

What is a traditional ultrasound?
2-D Ultrasound - traditional ultrasound represents a flat two dimensional image.

What is a 3-D ultrasound  image?
3-D - ultrasound in three dimensions combines an additional plane of view  to create the sense of depth. These images are more like  what we see in photos.

What is the difference between 3-D and 4-D ultrasound pictures?
4-D technology introduces the forth dimension, which is time.      
Therefore, 4-D pictures are 3-D pictures with movement in real time.

Is this new ultrasound safe?
It is as safe as the traditional ultrasound. The difference lies in the ultrasound machine's ability to create and interpret the image for us.

Can you tell my baby's gender?
We will look for you if you desire. It is best not to try to determine before 18-20 weeks.
