The scooter we rented was amazing. Our Aunt Mary zipped around the national mall and other sites as well. Our hotel was close to a DC Metro train stop so we were able to park the car and use the Metro for all of our travel around the DC area during our stay. Mary drove the scooter on and off the train with ease and the Metro employees were friendly and helpful. Thanks for your service.

Your product is wonderful and your service was great. We rented the scooter from you in October when we brought my 87-year-old father with us to D.C. to see the World War II memorial. He could not have seen it any other way as he cannot walk for any great distance and that area around the memorials is quite spread out.

I wanted to thank E-Car for the scooter rental in D.C. last Sunday and Monday. You delivered the scooter to the Hotel Washington and it worked out perfectly for my mom to use. We probably covered about 10 miles the first day and over 5 miles the second day. We got to see everything, which would not have been possible if she had been walking. (She is 81.) From the reaction of people on the street (they loved the scooter), I'm not sure there is great familiarity with the scooters and the fact that they can be rented. I don't know if you can get the word out more, but I think the rental is great and your prices are very reasonable. (You are not on the Smithsonian's list of places to rent on their web site, which is outdated with no-longer-in-business rental places.)

I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for your service.

I rented a scooter for a recent trip to D.C. with my mother. The scooter was a lifesaver. There is no way my mom could have enjoyed her experience nor seen everything she wanted to see without having use of that scooter.

Although we realized the hard way that even in DC not everything is easily accessible, particularly with such a big scooter, it certainly made the trip possible.

Thanks for the delivery service to our hotel as well. It arrived as promised and I'm trusting since I haven't heard from you there were no problems with the pick up either! We had many people comment on the scooter and asking where we were able to rent it, and one even wanted to buy one! We referred them to the bumper sticker!
