Program Features:
- The program has been developed as a computational aid
for Structural Engineers. It is assumed that the user is familiar
with the wind load provisions of the ASCE 7/95.
- Both Internet, and stand alone versions of the program
have the same computational features.
- The Internet version does not require installation and
can by used by any computer with the Java compatible
Internet browser.
- Due to some data security restrictions applicable to Java
applets (Java programs run from Internet) it is not possible
to save or print the program results directly from the program.
The program output data can be easily transfered to any Windows
based text editor (for instance Notepad - see the instructions
in the program).
- The stand - alone version will run on Windows 95, 98 and
NT computer.

Computational features of the program
- Wind pressures on enclosed or partially enclosed, non
flexible buildings with flat or gable type roofs.
- Determination of terrain effects.
- Design pressure for main wind force resisting system (walls
and roof) - combined with internal pressure or suction in the
building.
- Special load cases for low-rise and high-rise buildings
(including torsional loads).
- Loads on components and cladding for any given tributary
area.
